She had sent her daughter off to bed for the evening, all tucked into her new bed in the Scottish castle. Free time was a treasure to Caoimhe- most time not spent ruling was spent out of doors or with her young child. "Have you read this?" she asked the high queen from her seat near the fire, holding up the sheet of paper. "It's been running around the country and I can certainly see why." A laugh left her and she read out one of the bawdy lines. "Quite the poem, no wonder half the women and a third the men at court have all gone mad for it."
