I created the poster for the National Customer Service Week presented by Gloucester City Homes and Institute of Customer Service.
A rough draft was given to me along with the info and graphics and I re-designed it using InDesign. The reason one has a photo and the other doesn't is because I felt that the photo makes the text harder to read so provided an alternative for them to decide which they'd prefer to use.
