But how did Iduna get from the Enchanted Forest to Arendelle? What happened to Agnarr that he supposedly forgot and why was their child chosen to be the Fifth Spirit? I just have tons of questions! Lol

We know a lot of stuff based on the memories (statues of ice that Elsa made appear after her Fifth Spirit transformation) and thank you for this plot device Disney haha
After saving Agnarr, Iduna was scared, so she carried Agnarr out of the forest just before the fog fell. They were alone outside, but found a cart, and Iduna put an unconscious Agnarr in it then hid under a sort of protective canvas put on the merchandise on the cart. That’s how they travelled back to Arendelle.
Then I suppose that Iduna lied on her whole identity for a long time, because there is another memory of her and Agnarr cuddling but this time as adults, clearly in love, and Iduna whispers: “There’s something I have to tell you…” and Agnarr responds “What is it, love?” so that’s probably when she told him that she’s the one who saved him or that she’s a Northuldra.
Their children were then chosen to represent the balance between the Spirits and the Human world. That’s why Elsa has powers and Anna doesn’t: the bridge isn’t Elsa, it’s both of them. They are on each side of the bridge: Elsa takes care of bringing peace in the Spirits world, and Anna brings peace in the Arendelle kingdom. :)
