Worked myself to the point of exhaustion. Been going hard with my music since last year and didn't stop once to see what is really happening around me. Neighbors are super friendly to me and offer me beers now when I chill out front and smoke. People are constantly staring at me when I go out and it's to the point where I need to wear my glasses during the day and night just like it was in Iraq. Outside from learning music, I'm still learning how to be a part of a family. I was adopted and I'm still meeting family here in El Paso and still need to meet my dad and his family in Juarez, Mexico. Juarez also looks like a mexican Iraq to me and I wish my family knew what the real Iraq did to me. My family wonders why I never want to go visit them and it's not that I don't, it's because music takes up so much of my time. I was adopted and I'm still getting use to the fact that I have family right down the street from me. Ive been on my own since I was 16 and i forget that I still have family from me being completely independent.
