After a week of clean eating and working out everyday. I just ate all the gluten and I feel like crap. We were at a rest stop and I needed something. After wandering around for 5 minutes feeling lost I grabbed chex mix and a soda and a hot dog. Yeahhhh I’m going to hate myself for the next 36 hours. I had a cheat meal all planned out too, now that’s not an option anymore! Boo :-(

Side note: I'm going to hate myself bc processed food specifically gluten makes my stomach hurt... Not bc I "cheated" a diet or whatever. I'm pretty lenient on myself with that stuff.
