“ehi, cugino! open up!” isla’s knuckles wrapped on finn’s door, camera poised in her hands. she waited until the door swung open before a flash went off & the polaroid spat out a photo of a shirtless finn. “i need your cologne.” isla pushed passed him and into his room, searching for the aforementioned bottle. “a freshman told me she’d do my laundry & polish all of my boots if i gave her a shirtless photo that ‘smelled like you’ and i’ll be damned if i don’t take advantage of this golden opportunity being laid at my feet.”

a couple of hours into the party, andi had begun to grow bored of the extravagance of it all. wandering eyes sifted and flickered about at the fluorescent lights and the almost spasmic movements of people dancing around them. rolling her eyes, andi grabbed onto finn’s wrist and moved closer so that he could hear her over the loud music ❛ do you want more shots ? i think you could use more shots ❜ she said. without even waiting for his response, andi was leading finn over to the bar ❛ two absinthe shots ❜ she called out to the bartender, her sour mood somewhat evident.
