Bring your friends and mails all along!
Suppose you just opened up another gmail account and want your old contacts into this new one. In Gmail you can do it with just few clicks. Head to settings -> my account and go to the Import section. Here choose “Import mail and contacts link” and you’ll be now able to import your stuff from popular email providers like Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail etc.
De-clutter your inbox and stay organized!
Gmail allows you to store your emails in separate folders. This feature is useful when you do not want to delete your mails but to remove clutter from your inbox. To create folders for your mails first go to the “Settings” and click on the “Labels” to create a new label. Now name your folder in the text box asking for label name.
To store emails in your newly created folder, simply select the email and then click on the folder icon and select the folder you want to move that email.
