Dignified complaint just in case my employer reads this
My schedule for my part-time job, which is inconsistent and constantly changing to accommodate last-minute appointments and events, mostly to the benefit of my managers, has become an issue when I accepted another job, one more relevant to my desired career path. Both jobs run on varying schedules and change from week to week and I encountered my first hiccup in double-booking.
I do not believe I need to apologize for accepting a second job that is a smarter move in my professional career and I do not feel it is right to be scrutinized, reprimanded and treated unfairly in my balancing of both jobs.
