hi anon! this is actually kind of a funny story
it was august of 2021 and i was bored so i weirdly decided to go through random tags on ao3 to pass the time. the kicker here is that back then i had an iphone 8 that glitched every 2 seconds. so as i was going through the "pet names" tag my phone freezed and i started touching everything on the screen to somehow make it come back to life which. it did. 3 seconds later. BUT when my phone finally did something i quickly realized staring at me was an accidentally opened dnf fic. i was curious abt it bc id seen a bunch of tiktoks abt them and thought people were being kinda weird in like a dan and phil way (i obviously later found out dnf were totally okay w it). i googled them and that led me to georges channel. the moment i saw him i knew it was over for me lol
georges whimsy captured me immediately :D i made my first acc for the fandom (on twitter) less than two weeks later and things just kinda snowballed from there.
