Serious question, what kind of pie do you think it is? I'm kinda trying to come up with ideas for a cookbook based on the game and I wonder if this pie couldn't be one of the recipes I include. But... we have no idea what kind of pie this is.
I bet it was baked by that granny gnome, the same one who made poison pudding for Pizzaboy's Pizz-Pizza (there's a box of it in one of the backgrounds in Don't Make a Sound). I'm pretty sure this pie isn't poison, as it can be used to revive John later, but that granny's shady past leads me to believe this is an apple pie. I keep thinking of the Evil Queen from Snow White and how she used a poison apple to kill her...
And what would be more wholesome than a warm apple pie, right?

Some context for one, my current PC in my D&D 5e game is a Gnome called Dr. Standish Aldridge, he’s a doctor! And of course with there being a gnome forest level in Pizza Tower I thought it would be cute if Dr. Aldridge game the funny Italian man some medical advice.
