Fitz would rate Fake Peppino 3 out of 10 pizzas (because he's pushy and stupid), and probably Spinner too, though he might be even worse.

And Bruno gets an 8 out of 10 because he's more pleasant and a good conversationalist (but he's too self-absorbed)
