Well I’m stoked! I feel really awesome today. I don’t know if it’s ketosis or it’s the fact that I lost another pound. Who knows?! Anyways... yesterday I made keto pancakes. I can post the recipe later along with credits to the author. They were good. The aftertaste of the stevia though was fun for me. I think they could honestly go without artificial sweetener. Then lunch was a lettuce wrap with salami, mozzarella cheese, mayo, tomato and pickle. Then after a walk with Ellie, since Talia (my 2 going on 3 next month) daughter was having a sleepover, we split an avocado and I had some cheese and jello.
Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of cooking all the time. I KNOW I need to meal prep more but it’s not a priority to me right now. It goes hand in hand with the whole cooking all the time thing. Baby steps!
