Wooo I am a little late on posting this picture but here it is! Day 40/80 ... I did not stick 100% to the nutrition nor did I workout everday (as the physician recommended). But I caught up! And here we go! Stick to it. Don't stress out. And don't pressure yourself! Take your time.
