Wooo I am a little late on posting this picture but here it is! Day 40/80 ... I did not stick 100% to the nutrition nor did I workout everday (as the physician recommended). But I caught up! And here we go! Stick to it. Don't stress out. And don't pressure yourself! Take your time. Thought I would share tonight's dinner! 💛💚❤ It is so delicious -esp. With the dressing! All healthy and made with the portion fix containers..... I learnt how to use the containers when I first did the 21 Day Fix back in August 2017!!! I didn't realize how much I was over eating or why I always felt bloated and blotchy skin at times (too many of the wrong carbs) ... then it all changed for me!! And I always walk away feeling satisfied now!! It is all about learning your body and what works for you! Meal prep can become second nature!!
Meal prep can be simple. You need to retrain your brain and some of you may need to cook food differently. BUT ONCE YOU DO - YOU WILL APPRECIATE IT AND NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE.
Eating healthy is very important - you can use slow cooker recipes, no bake dessert options, bake ahead recipes and so much more!
