can we talk about how jade, my forever fav and the best bratz character, got the prettiest doll?? like i was so shook because they could’ve easily went for a blonde girlie, but instead made the top fashion girl blonde instead.

thinking about that one time we had to write about ourselves in non-fiction, and at the time i was basically homeless— one bad day away from virginia woolf-ing myself in the creek, so i decided to write about my situation and how i felt about it.

when i presented it to the class, my classmates were like “this narrator is really whiny and annoying.”

& i sat there like y’all this is AUTO-BIOGRAPHICAL!
