If you're having thirty people over for a party, it's not a surprise like oh shit the thirty people I invited are coming I need a cake that I wasn't aware I needed. You knew they were coming over, preorder you stupid cake. It's not my fault you forgot.

Sometimes I just really hate the customers.

So, this rich white lady comes in with her little daughter, who is wandering around and messing with the displays. That in itself is not really a big deal. I'm just setting the scene. 

So, this lady wants to do a return. again OK

She then starts berating me on how the clearance movies she bought (from a USED book store) were 'scratched all to hell'. This is not OK. Here is where she messed up. 

I hope she never comes back to the store if she is going to take that attitude to a USED book store. I mean come on and take some responsibility for what you are spending your money on. And look at the damn dvds BEFORE you buy them, especially if they are only 1 or 2 bucks. 

She was just so arrogant, expecting the employees and the manager to take care of her every whim. I would wish that she would go fuck herself, but I wouldn't want to wish something as awesome as sex on her. Instead. I hope her daughter cuts her own hair right before the big party they will inevitably host, I hope her iphone screen cracks right after the warranty expires, but most of all I hope she starts taking some goddamn responsibility for her actions.
