The Golden Goddess cake. Caramel sponge with soft, light mascarpone buttercream and smooth creamy caramel sauce. Entombed in soft silky ganache which has been adorned with spun gold. She is then crowned in all her glory with sparkling golden meringues and caramel swirls.
