Food or no food, drinking the night before is never a good idea if you want to wake up early and not sleep it off the next morning. Drinking with a female friend is also not good, especially when she tells you that she’s stolen your shirt and you have no clue what happened just after that first drink (because we, true alcoholics, don’t count our alcohol and every drink is our first.) More importantly, where has he heard this before?
Her voice is a door bell waking him straight up from the couch, only to be met with a slight throbbing. Jun Young holds the back of his head, one eye open as he shuffles off the sofa. Sleeping on the sofa is one bullet point of proof nothing happened. He checks his clothes and only spots a pair of boxers. Now he’s not thoroughly convinced. When he spots her heading to the kitchen with his band t-shirt covering her rear, he’s starting to doubt everything. “Morning? Did we — I mean.”
Waking up in a familiar place but a different perspective, threw her off. Her head was pounding, wondering what had happened last night. Turning her head to the side, she spotted article of clothing on the ground causing her to feel alarmed. However, the bed felt empty. The throb in her head wasn’t helping at all- and once she got up, looking in the mirror wondering why she was wearing his shirt. Going to investigate things further, she spotted the other laying on the couch and that’s when she remembered some parts of the night. There was a chance that nothing happened- but on the other hand there were missing pieces. Why was she on his bed? Who put the shirt on her?
Bringing the tray with an egg sandwich and coffee, she sets it down onto the coffee table for him to eat. “I was going to cook something hearty for us to eat in the morning but your fridge had nothing.” As he asked the question, a part of her was curious to how he would react if something did happen last night. Her lips curve up into a smug smile, “You know, you weren’t so bad last night.”
