new fella for a campaign we're running for my bestie . he seems like a fun guy
Rewatched some of godric’s scenes last night and god i love him so dearly, his philosophy and politics are a delight and he has the energy of someone who’s been the voice of reason in a lord of the flies world for so long he’s utterly lost and regained his patience. Like he really does have a gravitas to him, he’s aware he’s a titan amongst all these other vampires and he is never shy about pulling rank or putting them in their places. I really appreciate that he errs to nonviolence, diplomacy, compassion, understanding, etc while also being like “and if you break the law/go against me/start shit i will wwe smackdown you into the next dimension”. Like it’s just SUCH a good angle for a benevolent vampiric force in a story. Shame he died so fucking early on coulda really added a LOT to the internal discourse of the show but whatever it’s FINE we have BiLlItH.
idk if the fandom is even alive but re-watching true blood i suddenly remember why godric was my favorite character AND why i shipped him and eric so hard
literally the best character
FEELings: a gangster story
ph. Samantha Everette
Redrawing Angelique and Godric
They’re everything. If I have the motivation I might do some more.
Ack! Eric!
