♥: Most wanted AU

I'm going to give a few:

Bioshock:  I'm sure AUs of this game run in the hundreds, but the ideology and characters displayed within the narrative are perfect fit for Arrow. It is a paroxysm of exploitation, avarice, deception, brutality and mutations. All adjectives that describe my character quite brilliantly. 

I want one in which Arrow is found out, and parade around in the ire of those affected by him.  I want him severely beaten and his hoped godhood burned out.

How about a game of lives, in which the harder the kill the greater the payment?

27: What languages does your OC speak?

Libitina is fluent in Italian, English and Spanish (Being born in Italy, her mother being a Spaniard and insisting she learned the language, and English —well, it was considered a necessity, seeing how it’s spoken in so many places around the world). She also knows some French, but it is not a language she really likes. It was more of a ‘they tell me I have to learn it so I do’, but still, and even if she can hold conversation in French, her knowledge is nowhere as big as with the other three.
