Stranger Danger
How? Everything happened in such a hurry, she still didn’t understand what had just happened. She didn’t do anything wrong. No, nothing to cause anyone to hold the desire to kill her. So then, Why?
6:15 p.m. - Kazuha curved around a corner, panting and careful not to trip over. She glanced over her shoulder, though to only see the black figure running behind her. Her handbag bounced beside her side as Kazuha frantically ran for her life. She knew she needed to yell and shout at the top of her lungs for help. Though something was like caught between her throat, stopping her from screaming for help. How did she get herself in this situation? Breathing heavily she closed her eyes as her feet kept on running forward and turning around corners, trying to shake off the stranger who suddenly wanted to take her life. Building up courage she glanced over her shoulder again, though Destiny had other plans. The stranger was gaining speed, closing in on her.
This was not good…. if she doesn’t run any faster or hide somewhere…!

4:47 p.m. - “Ok. I’ll meet you around 6:00 p.m.” Kazuha closes her phone, a small smile appearing on her facials. Today, was the first time that she and Rasar would go out to dinner… For Fun. Not that they were on a date but just as regular friends. It occurred to her that they never really got to know each other well, so she thought that maybe they could meet up somewhere and go out for dinner. Nothing much.
So there she was, walking down the streets and walking towards the promised place, which was nothing in particular. Just a normal park that happened to be near both where Kazuha was and where Rasar was. Just as she was walking, she noticed a hooded figure following behind. She felt tense. Though shrugged off the thought, thinking that it the person might happen to be also walking towards this way.
5:30 p.m. - The sun had decided to drop down for the day, leaving a chilly breeze blowing by. Stopping to take a few good breaths from her walk, she glanced over her shoulder and as expected, the figure was standing there. Not even flinching as Kazuha made ‘eye’ contact with the stranger but stared straight back at her. She tensed a bit, and sensed… that there was something wrong. Picking up her pace, she kept on forward towards the scheduled place. In the corner of her eye, she saw the stranger gaining speed and still following behind her tracks. Not only did Kazuha suddenly break into a run but instead of crossing the street like she was suppose to where she could meet Rasar, she kept on forward. Foolish Choice.
Before she knew it, the stranger was out of sight. She slowed her pace… catching her breath. Then taking a glance at her watch, 5:50. Surely, the person should’ve given up… but there, Kazuha was mistaken. For some reason, the place where Kazuha was strolling along was quite empty. Not a lot of cars and not a lot of people… Click…. Was the sound that had made Kazuha’s heart pace up once again. She turned around, seeing the gun pointed at her. That smirk… was something unforgettable. Then the trigger was pulled. Just by so little, did it miss her. She felt the tiny object flew past her. Before she knew it, the bullet missed. And again, she started running.
