BLUE

There are too many phenomenons to count in blue eyes;

I see a plethora of different scenes in eyes so deep you can drown in their beauty; I see scalding eyes filled to the brim with ice so cold it can leave third degree burns on the heart;

I see an ocean of a million different organisms that can take over in the blink of an eye at a moments notice.

In these irises I see the earth from afar, in all it’s sheer beauty as it wanders in the lonely universe;

I see a never ending abyss of emotions you are forced to hide behind the facade you have so carefully planted in the soil that is your heart to trick those who want to know the real you; I see pain in the eyes of the one who has seen too much; the eyes you wear glisten in the moments when the sky is dark and endlessly alive.

In blue galaxies I see every moment of humanity, for you are everything. You are the earth and everything it inhabits; deafening waterfalls, harmonies of crumbling rocks, rattling trees, quivering oceans, towering mountains and the trembling ground. You are the tidal waves and I am the never ending beach. And I must sit while you slowly begin to break me; slowly. Every time you slam your waves on the ground little pieces of me crumble and fall. You break me.

But it would be an honor to disintegrate surrounded by the blue you embrace.

quick story: the girl who works at this cute coffee bake shop was leaving, after 3 years of working here, and I told her I wanted to take photos for their instagram. so she made a cute latte with a powdered sugar cinnamon waffle ☕️🌷 the world is so powerful and beautiful
