When, in the middle of your #trailrunning adventure, one discovers the ice is thin and the open water cold one must get creative in crossing #flintcreek. Thanks to the footing provided by #brookscascadia @itsyoursole and @boaretrolab this tree bridge provided transport to the other side. Would have been a cold dunking should I have gotten wet as the temps during the #traineveryday session were singles.
