Muluken Melese - Mewededen Wededkut. Muluken was born in the 50s in Gojjam, Ethiopia, and moved to Addis Ababa as a child, where he picked up drumming and songwriting. Between 1972 and 1976, he recorded and performed actively, but afterward, a temporary hiatus became permanent when he retired from music and joined the Pentacostal Church as a full-time practitioner.
