One of my longest-time friends in wrestling posted this photo today with some beautiful nostalgic words… so now I have to flip the script and talk about her. 💛

Yes, this photo is sexy as hell—but not for the reason people think.

The sexiest thing about this picture is what people don’t see… two women in an industry that spent decades trying to convince women there was only room for one of us. One spotlight. One opportunity. One spot on the card.

From day one, Stephanie Finochio and I rejected that nonsense.

She’s been cheering me on since the early days of social media—sharing my music, buying downloads, supporting every crazy dream I’ve chased, and doing it all with genuine excitement. No jealousy. No weird energy. No competition. Just real love.

And from my side? This woman could’ve walked to the ring wearing two rhinestones and a prayer and I still would’ve been cheering like a proud parent. 😂 She’s always been stunning, but what impressed me most was her athleticism, discipline, fearlessness, and how effortlessly she made wrestling look easy.

That’s real sexy to me.

Real confidence is cheering for another woman while knowing your own magic can’t be replaced—and Trinity has always had that kind of heart.

Love you, girl. Thank you for being one of the real ones in a business that can sometimes feel very unreal. I’ll always cheer for you just as loudly. ✨

Pure magic in a warzone

Posting this in honor of my new friend Kevin Furlow introduced to me by Kalyn Breanne Farmer of Massive Media MS. She shared his incredible work with Wounded Warriors and it struck a deep chord. I had the privilege of spending time in Afghanistan with some of those warriors and that experience changed me forever.

Every time I learn more I realize how much more our country needs to do for our veterans. We owe them more than words. We owe them action. (Lanita RM Vargas, Mary Kay VIP customers Lanita Vargas)

I came across a post about shelters turning away pets and while I understand the policies here's the truth—so many of our homeless vets have a companion a furry friend who gives them love purpose and loyalty. And let me tell you I’ve watched with my own eyes these men and women will take better care of their animals than themselves. That kind of bond That kind of sacrifice That demands a new level of compassion from all of us.

Close your eyes and picture it thousands of exhausted soldiers weapons strapped to their backs drenched in 110 degree heat and then boom that moment. That cheer. That real connection. That’s the magic of live shows in the middle of a warzone. I always try to weave what’s happening around us into the show and this clip captures that raw real energy.

I wish you could’ve been there to feel what I felt. To see the faces of the brave men and women who serve our country so selflessly. (Even the Germans were mostly tolerable… wink wink) (Von Ameln Stefan)

But here's the takeaway don’t wait for a holiday to honor a veteran. Look them in the eye. Shake their hand. Thank them from the bottom of your heart. Because the freedom and comfort we enjoy every day They paid for it.

With the exception of still having laryngitis, today was an absolute dream.

I kick off this video with some of the usual abusive banter between me and my longtime colleague and friend, @joebarrickarcademgmt . This guy might as well be a wrestler—but since he’s a drummer, that’s close enough. Say no more!

Joe introduced me to @mwaremusic , an incredible human being who’s absolutely crushing it with streams, live shows, and just being a genuinely solid dude. (He also prayed over our lunch today, which scored some serious points.) Not only is he not a creeper, but he’s already gone above and beyond with his kindness and support of me and our band. That kind of camaraderie makes my heart smile.

I can’t wait to record vocals for this song next week and finally get this single out into the world! We’re going to promote the living Beejasus out of it, and I can’t wait for y’all to hear just how talented this guy is.

Go look him up—he’s hustling hard!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who kicked into our GoFundMe for the first two videos. Your love and support gave me a lot of confidence to figure out a plan for the next year. I want to thank a couple of women, one in Tennessee one in Minnesota you know who you are that started this whole thing. Then the rest of you followed suit so graciously and when you see the fruits of your labor you're just going to be like holy s***. This is what we all need together.
