Is it from the “present” being her teaching the art class, or potentially later? My only hope to myself is that there still is a chance they run into each other later in their lives... it’s what I tell myself to feel better 😂😭

I believe she says this as part of her memories of Héloïse, so it’s in the same moment as she tells us the rest of the story. So for me it’s in the present and doesn’t exclude a reunion after that last scene! Even tho that « one last time » kinda ruin the hope we could have aha.
But we can believe and invent everything we want after that. As Céline says, this is our story to imagine/write 😉
