ONE MONTH BOOT CAMP
I've regained a good 7 pounds. This summer has been the worst for me so far. I'm gonna try and redeem myself and lose the 7 pounds I've gained, AND try to go a few more by the end of summer vacation. I'm gonna dedicate myself to update everyday, keep up with my food journal, and workout twice a day--day and night. I'm gonna put myself to work, and WIN!!! **warrior cry** lol... ok.
PLEASE HELP ME STAY DEDICATED. POST LOTS OF FITSPO'S AND QUOTES. A few notes and advices here and there are always lovely.
