LMAOOOOOOOO
There’s not enough smut written about Bildad the Shuhite and we need to fix that as a fandom
I know it's been said so many times but I wish we got this many and this much variety of sapphic shows and movies.
I need a kissing in the rain scene in season 3
Hi everyone!
So I'm actually new here and I whoith I would share an Good Omens fanart with you that I drew last year ✨👀
the amount of times i say "they're so stupid i love them" during watching Good Omens is ridiculous
okay I’ve calmed down from the initial shock of the season to give this little nugget: a potential season 3 being the last season makes this a really perfect journey split into three acts
act one, or season one, very much represented possibility for crowley and aziraphale. I think, mainly, it was about realizing there was even a possibility of not having to be on heaven’s or hell’s side, that there was a possibility of them being a them. an us, like crowley said. they both found a love for earth and humanity and, also, for each other. so it was about proving that maintaining both of those things was actually possible.
act two, or season two, is actually quieter and gentler and more romantic like neil said (regardless of those last fifteen minutes). now that the possibility of a them is there, they’re starting to slowly circle around the idea. of course, they both project onto maggie and nina, and onto gabriel and beelzebub in the last bit, but it’s still very much them thinking about it and wondering how to approach it. I mean, there’s no other reason aziraphale would ask crowley to talk about the bad news while dancing and take him by the hand if it was really only about nina and maggie. otherwise the joy of seeing them dance would have been enough for him. so they do have this very slow exploration and questioning of whether or not they should go down that path. but crowley is the one who commits to it. maggie and nina were right: crowley and aziraphale say so much to each other without ever really talking— at least not without hiding it under subtext out of fear. and then he gets that reality check and finds it in him to really, truly, rawly confess that yes, he does want to go down that route, and that he does think it’s possible for them. which, makes act two about crowley’s commitment to his love for aziraphale.
act three, then, has to be about aziraphale’s commitment to his love for crowley. and this isn’t to say any of these things haven’t already been shown, I mean we do know how deeply they trust each other and how much they show up for one another, but it also hasn’t been with being in a real relationship in mind. and their love for humanity is so intertwined with their love for each other that aziraphale denying crowley and going to heaven is also aziraphale denying himself the opportunity to help humans the way he sees fit and instead adhere to heaven’s rules and seek heaven’s appraisals. so season 3 we definitely will see him navigating that I think. and, when he does accept heaven as the poisonous institution it is, he will also fully commit to his love for crowley as well which is what we all want to see
