Wow I applied for summer school, started waking up at 5am, bought corduroy trousers, did alright at a selection day, and I feel much more prepared for my english prelim than I did this time last year, and thus will probably not replicate the 1/20 in the critical essay portion again.

Just got a message that a friend is gonna be on a uni gameshow tomorrow battling it out with some tutors/lecturers and someone managed to snag me a ticket. It's going to be absolutely hilarious

Went into college today and it was great, even though I didn't talk to that many people, most were pretty friendly and all the tutors were lovely and now my nose has ink stains on it but it's better than my friend, who went on the bus looking like a tribal warrior. No idea if there are more than like 5 people doing a-levels because I only met one (and she wanted to change to a course) so oops but yeah, looking forward to tomorrow.
