workout everyday - i had definitely stopped this. but yesterday i started jogging cause of that free app i got from the starbucks app. AND i rode my bike cause i dont have gas money. :D #littlevictories
pray and read Bible everyday - i'm doing better. reading with the acf ya fb group is helping. speaking of which its time i post huh....
naija word weekly - totally failing at this. but i did try while i was in naija, i've just forgotten i lot of what i asked and learned.
new outfits and closet - im coming into my own style and liking the clothes i own. im also broke. so im learning how to craft new outfits from what i have!
stop cursing and using the word “ghetto” and “crazy” - i've been really good at this! 'the ghetto is a place not a people' is part of my vocabulary, and i'm trying to learn new adjectives instead of crazy. i tend to curse when i have to drive in a rush or in traffic tho :/
maintain and stick to an up-to-date schedule - funemployment meansss no schedule! but i do have one actually. i was actually thinking this morning that i feel like a stay-at-home mom. i go to sleep super early. wake up, get my sis ready for school and drop her off, come home, get my mom off to work, and then start my own dah. workout, shower, eat. then i've got me time--job search, grad school apps, social media, before i've got to pick my sister up, get us food, chauffeur my mom around when she gets back, make sure my sister finishes her hw and head on off back to bed. lolz. i have a schedule. it is monotony. i need to switch this up. haha.
car? my only goal right now is to get a job that can pay rent and a car, everything else is secondary
LIFE PLANS: grad schol is HAPPENING! i've officially started two apps, finished one personal statement, i need to buy a GRE book and start/figure out my other apps… why is everything so expensive
signing time! :'( I miss signing so much. Periodically Eduardo and Sarah talk to me so I can practice Spanish. And my family keeps a couple Yoruba words in me. But besides my sister who's too busy with her senior year (understandable--i was the exact same way) to practice with me. I need a signing buggdy :'(
