The very first Manlet Monday was posted on January 13th and was created with the support of @waitformereprise. Today, August 17th, we say goodbye to the sweet short prince, as this will be my last Manlet Monday. This started as a stupid joke, I can’t even really remember what spurred it, but it was something that brought laughter, joy, confusion, and of course an element of consistency in a time where time lost all meaning. I loved making Manlet Mondays, I loved seeing people’s reactions to him, to creating new versions of him, but that passion has died out and I don’t want to keep making him without that same adoration for the work behind it, because clearly when that drive is gone, the element that makes Manlet Monday so magical isn’t present either. So I offer you this as our grand send off, a memorial style slide show of Manlet Reeve in his greatest moments. So long and goodnight, short king.
I want to say goodbye to Lover era, you were good to us! Thank you!
