Graduation
Today was magical. I don't regret my last post saying I'm not going miss anyone, I just realized a lot of the people I've grown fond of over the years are going to still be surrounding me. I think that that's why it never fully sunk in. I mean there are the stragglers going to Michigan and Ohio and Dubai, but I just have this gut feeling in my heart (strange right, my heart is in my stomach :P) that they've made this everlasting impression that won't allow me to forget or even lose contact with them. I will say that our ceremony, however wonderful it was, was a long and tedious one. I was surrounded by hungry agitated graduates (myself included), which made for a funny experience. My parents got so weirded out by all the asians, but I could see how proud they were and that was the highlight of my day. They didn't have to say anything I could just see it in their faces. My cousin graduated today as well, he struggled with finding himself more than I did. But I he's honestly one of the people I am so blessed and thankful to have in my life.He has endured so much shit in high school but he's going places. He's had his dreams set from the age of four. Heart Surgeon. No questions asked, that's his passion. And I think that's what pulls him through his darkest days, knowing what he wants. Me on the other had, four months older and struggling with reality, not knowing what the hell my life is.
I should probably go to sleep I got a bus to catch at 6
