Bio: If you ask him, he’ll tell you a different story every time. A half-Japanese boy growing up in New York, he becomes quickly entangled in gang activity, displaying a talent for it early on. Eventually, mercenary work calls to him and he travels all over the world before settling in the Mediterranean and, naturally, the Mafia there. He is a man who has always attracted trouble, so it is only natural he would gravitate toward similar personalities like Fujiko Mine, Goemon Ishikawa, and Arsene Lupin. It is with these three he finds his most lucrative calling.

Appearance: Wiry, tall, and scruffy-looking, he is every inch a gangster with the slick-backed hair to complete the look and a penchant for dark suits. 

Personality: Swinging between exasperated best friend and laissez-faire enabler, Jigen is all things to one man: Arsene Lupin III. He’ll do just about anything for a payout.
