"Life Journals for Long Days" Day 8 of #ampersandjan19 by @commasandampersands : track. I have many ways to keep track of my reading. I do so on Goodreads, and I have several journals I'm using: one with 52 weeks to see that life is bright (+ colouring), one like a dairy where I talk about books and stuff, one which is a daily planner where I started (this year) writing down how productive was my day and a office journal where I write other important stuff! I have 2 empty and I'm waiting to see what I will write in those. #QotD: How do you keep track of reading? TAG TIME! • @kricket_ashryver_of_kazan tagged me to do #goodthingsforbaddays : ❤️ What is your go-to song when you're in a bad mood? I don't have a specific go-to song, but I listen to sad music and cry, then switch to happy ones so I can move over. 💙 What cheers you up immediately? When I receive a gift or a surprise adventure somewhere. My bad mood instantly vanishes! 💚 Who is the first person you speak to when you need advice? @robert.ionita95 , my significant other, who says the right thing and helps me get over my panic and my bad mood. 💛 What is your go-to movie/book/tv show when you're feeling down? I usually start reading, so I can forget about my problems. 💜 Best way to get over a bad day. Read a good book with your dear one, drink tea or other beverage you like and light a scented candle. Put down what do you want to do the next day to feel better. 💗Your tip for everyone else. Everybody has bad days. The important thing is to know that is just a moment or a day, and that you can always change that. Pray, drink something warm, go on a walk, listen to piano or chill music and smell the fresh air. You will feel better and ready to kick life's ... 😁 I tagg whoever wants to do this! #winter #january #bookstagramchallenge #journals #trackofreading #candles https://www.instagram.com/p/BsXoPTNH6YF/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1iscvwjiv3hhz
