Mr. Amethyst's Reading~!

Hey, Mr. Amethyst! First off, your cards were the Queen of Wands, Eight of Cups reversed, and the King of Wands. I say the cups card was reversed as it was upside down, and that affects the meaning of the card. 

Queen of Wands, especially upright, calls out passion. You began as someone's great passion project, or you're coming off a period in your life where you've just finished a passion project of your own. It took courage to follow what you desperately wanted to do, be or create and your courage has paid off. But there's mixed feelings involved, as proved by the next card.  Eight of Cups, reversed. A sad card either way, but reversed....You're avoiding something, possibly avoiding completing that passion project the last card mentioned. You're terrified of losing the feeling that the project brings you, likely a feeling that you've relied on for a while. Change is terrifying and you want to stay put in the good times that have, without you noticing, already passed. 

Hope's not lost, though. King of Wands is a courageous card, especially upright. What your'e working on will change things drastically- you just have to find the courage to let it fly. Fight the fear in your heart. Have faith in your project like a good leader has faith in his subordinates to do their jobs well. The challenges your facing, whether related to the theorized project or a time in your life you're struggling to let go of, will be overcome. Just give it time, and patient effort.

Oh, I'd love to, Mr. Amethyst! I'm only just learning about tarot myself, but I've got some very nice teachers in a Discord server I'm in. A lot of people online will do free readings on just a name and a query, mostly for practice, but there are people who make a living doing tarot readings. Would you like me to do a reading for you, or would you like to know more about tarot history and spreads and the like first?
