Hey I'm wondering what are astral limbs? I'm not otherkin so idk I'm just confused (have fun on your flight though!)

My flight was rad af! Astral limbs are limbs or body parts that you remember the feeling of, and you feel like your current body has/should have them. I was remembering my life as a fairy, and I remember how it felt to have the extra set of muscles to control them, and I felt like I had them if I stayed still. I could even feel as if I was "moving" them! But if I actually moved, I would feel a weird emptyness right where I though they would/should be. I hope that helps?
