Parasyte the Maxim
Just binged watched this anime in a little over 2 days. It’s an extremely good anime. The execution of the themes and the messages were very impressive. Although I was not as in to this anime as my friends were, I can acknowledge that this is an anime people should definitely watch. It’s no doubt a 5/5 and extremely thought provoking. I only say that it is not as interesting for me, because I have thought and answered the questions that Parasyte addresses (that and I just finished a pretty fun shonen anime-- Jojo; the difference between the genre may be to blame).

What does it mean to be human?
What is altruism? Is it truly altruistic, or is it out of selfishness (for example: to make ourselves feel good)?
What is the human hierarchy, and where to humans lie in the hierarchy of Earth?
It is all very logical. It is so well executed for its time. I highly recommend this as a need to watch. 24 episodes total.
