Nikki Haley gives the GOP response to the State of the Union and goes after ... Republicans?

While South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley took the classic GOP tack of saying Obama's soaring rhetoric had once again fallen short of his accomplishments, she also encouraged her party to take a hard look at its own weaknesses. She also had some words that were seemingly aimed at Donald Trump.
