This is what the global corporations & mega-billionaires that have taken control of our media and government want for the the bottom 9/10 of American workers.
If you earn a wage you are destined to serfdom. If you make your money off of Wall Street, you get the privilege of living above ground.
All those Republican governors who are refusing stimulus money in order to deny President Obama any successes, this is how those governors see their poorer constituents. They want all the decisions to be theirs.
Then, we'll look like this critters coming home to our dungeons.
