I’ll tell you how to perfect that form (if it ain’t already😉👌🏽👌🏽) - SAVE this post to reference later, build your exercise technique database!!!🌐🌐🌐 - If you zoom in on my lat muscle you’ll see that this exercise is perfect for achieving that fullllll stretch which means best growth🧐🧐 - Some people like to do these perpendicular to the bench, I tried that and like this way much better🤙🏽🤙🏽 - Shoutout my guy @mark_adams11 for filming this💯💯 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ TIPS FOR THIS EXERCISE:🧠🧠 1️⃣ Make sure your feet and ass are firmly planted on the ground and bench respectively 2️⃣ Wedge your shoulder blades into the bench, much like you would for flat barbell bench 3️⃣ Make a triangle with your hands, like you’re catching a football, and only push the dumbbell through your palms 4️⃣ Keep a slight arch in your back, and only go as far back with the dumbbell as your shoulders are comfortable with (you don’t need to go as far as me, my shoulders are flexible) 5️⃣ Squeeze at the top of the movement and go slow on the negative 6️⃣ The dumbbell is essentially traveling on a quarter circle path from the top to bottom and back
