I was browsing through my pages yesterday night, and I was struck by how much my inking has changed… My newer pages are a *lot* better than the older ones, I think. Part of the reason is the fact that I switched brushes, and my current brush - a Pentel brush pen, like the first, but a different model (Color Brush Pen) - allows me to do dry brushing. The first brush had a (too) copious ink flow. The newer one doesn’t bleed and gives me much greater control. If anything, it tends to be too dry - but with patience, I can coax some more ink out :p. It’s already becoming a bit painful to look at my older pages, not just for the inking. I’ll have to learn to live with them, I guess 😅. This is the sort of thing that happens when you work slowly...
