A-K-E-C-H-I for the letters meme (@goro-akedgy)
Valentines Day Alphabet! - Accepting.
A : AFFECTION. How does your muse show affection?
I would say he’s definitely an ‘actions speak louder than words’ sort of guy. Whether it’s the deeper romantic gestures like surprising them with a hug from behind or trying to take them out for dinner, or even the small things like just reaching to hold their hand or put a hand on their shoulder. That’s not to say he wouldn’t express his love and appreciation verbally, I just think he thrives through his actions, even moreso. He’s definitely a ‘little gestures’ sort of guy, though he’ll try to go big every now and then.
K : KISS. Is your muse a good kisser? why / why not?
He doesn’t have a lot of experience with kissing in his own defense, so his earlier efforts might come off as a little inexperienced and clumsy as he tries to figure himself out. But eventually he’ll try to go for it and initiate kisses. I don’t think he’d be a wet or a gross or a sloppy kisser. Maybe just a little clumsy and timid here and there.
E : EMBRACE. Does your muse like hugs? What are their hugs like?
He loves hugs! Back when he was trapped with his horrible monster of a dad, he always felt safe and comforted when he was wrapped in the warm embrace of his Ma so that’s what he tries to go for with his own hugs. He wants his partner to feel safe and protected and loved. He usually goes for bear hugs, bringing the person as close to him as possible and pulling them in for a close, albeit gentle hug, though he can loosen up and given lighter hugs or on-armed hugs too. The bear hugs are usually reserved for people who really need them or people who he really loves.
C : CHOCOLATE. Does your muse like chocolate? which one is their favourite?
His training as an athlete naturally deters him from junk food but whenever he allows himself to cheat a little, he finds that he enjoys it quite a bit. He doesn’t have a particular favorite as he can’t be bothered to keep up with all of the brands and flavors. He likes anything - dark chocolate, light, milk, white, chocolate with peanuts, almonds, sprinkes. It’s all the same to him. He likes it all equally.
H : HEART. Is your muse quick or slow to give their heart away?
Probably not to a total stranger or someone he’s still getting to know, but I feel like he would be a lot quicker to fallen in love with confidants, like other Phantom Thieves or close friends due to the level of trust and the bond they’ve established between each other.
I : I LOVE YOU. Does your muse find ‘i love you’ easy or hard to say?
Deciding when he wants to say it is the tricky part as again, he doesn’t want to be too quick with a total stranger and it comes a lot more naturally with people he trusts and already has a strong bond with. However, with newer relationship or with people he doesn’t feel quite as certain with, he might need some time to think about it - not because he doubts his partner or their relationship, more like he’s doubting himself.
As for actually saying it, there would probably be a lot of internal agony leading up to it - it’s always hard having to actually say it even when you know you have a strong relationship. Saying it can be an honestly scary thing and I don’t think he’d be alone in feeling that. But once he gets it out of his system, he’d probably feel a huge relief and even if they didn’t feel the same way, he wouldn’t regret saying it.
