SO: Episodes 1-3 are watched, here's some first impressions.

What I liked in no particular order:

Scanlan. TLOVM continues its mission to lean into what will eventually lead to Events To Come, and I think they're doing it well. A lot of Scanlan's little moments are genuinely touching, while still letting him be funny when the time calls for it.

Pike: Ashley's voice acting for Pike is probably at the top of the bunch for me - might sound weird, since they're all voicing their own characters, after all, but some I do like better than others. Every time she speaks it's kind of delightful.

Vax: Dis. A city of demons. Grog: Dis, a rock. Vax: what

Kima & Allura along for an adventure!! I reall love seeing more of them, AND having them not just there as "cool ally", but digging into their backstory a bit! Bringing up some old baggage and emotionally engaging them in the events!

Last season left me a little disappointed in the Perc'ahlia department, since the way they did everything that happened for them in the Feywild didn't hit home for me at all. BUT: Happy to say that they're VERY CUTE so far, and I liked nearly every moment a lot! Also:

Canoes. (Cassandra's presence so far was brief but very funny, I like her)

The se x scene gets its own bullet point because holy shit, I did NOT think they would get that explicit with it. Also I'm in love with Percy's blushy flustered little face. I shall now go and search for a screenshot of him with it under the rubble in Draconia, you know the one.
