We actually have 12 to go, but didnt want to skip days on my #GameofThrones countdown. Bonus facts: Dany was 13 when he married Khal Drogo. 'Butchers boy' Mycah was 13 when the hound killed him. Last Summer lasted 10years, 2turns & 16 days . It was the longest summer in living memory. and probably ‘the last’ summer as we know it.

Brienne was  the victor out of 116 knights of the great melee at Bitterbridge. For her achievement, she asked King Renly to be one of his Rainbow Guards in return.

It was 16 years ago when Ser Davos last visited Storm’s End. First visit, he brought life, aiding Stannis with onions. Latter he brought death aiding Melissandre.

Oberyn has waited for 16 years to seek revenge of his sister  Elia Martell.

Lyanna Stark was 16 when she died.

Margaery was 16 when she became the Queen.

Robb was 16 when he waged war against the throne.
