Catz's 1 minute meditation - Calm the mind, bring in clarity & ficus, and get present! 🙏 This is a two-part video, swipe left to get to the second. 👈 I have been asked so many times in the past couple weeks to do meditation videos, and the time is now right for me to finally do them! My goal with these videos is to help you to get a little peace of mind when your mind gets out of control. I've actually been able to get myself into a state of presence in under a minute, and I think with practice you can too! In this meditation, we use the singing bowl to put our focus on. Our Guidance from the other side for May 31 - June 1 😁 Time to finally step out of the WTF energy and into some amazing wonderful energy starting tomorrow! What a wonderful way to kick off the weekend! For starters we get The Rainbow which is confirming to us that were at the end of the storm as of tomorrow. We're being asked to keep persevering and remember it's always darkest before the dawn which is what we've all experienced this week. Things are about to take a positive turn, so keep going after your pots of gold they're going to start showing up all over the place, which is whereThe Journey card comes into play for us. It confirms that the time to embark on our great Journey is now here. We're being asked to fearlessly step forward into new experiences and we open and curious about any new opportunities coming our way. Our Guidance from the other side for May 31 - Focused Intention🌚 The last couple days have been so insane, I could not get any videos done at all. I know a lot of you are confused, over-emotional, hurt, and a lot of us are getting attacked in different ways by those people who refuse to let go and move forward while they go through what I call the tower stage. And you are not alone! I have so much respect and mad love for those who reached out to me just to have someone talk back to them . That's what supporting your tribe means. Just being there can make a huge difference to someone who struggling against waves of negativity. Like I said before it is time for us to step in the leadership roles like I mentioned in my previous video, as these people step down. Now these crazy energies are going to be with us until about mid-morning Friday. But it is going to get a little easier tomorrow. So I asked for guidance for us what do we really need to be focused on as we're going through the barrage of bullshit that sending us out of the blue. And they gave us the Goddess Diana. 🎯 Focused Intention: think about what you desire. Set your sights high. And expect the best possible outcome. Move forward with unwavering faith, knowing that the universe is supporting you during this time. Diana is helping you awaken Your Divine ability to manifest what you deserve. Wow! The cards are absolutely talking today! I was putting away my deck after a much-needed nap, and these two jumped out for all of us. I feel that it's guidance and encouragement to get us through the rest of today which is absolutely wonderful. And which really interesting, is the first card cover something almost word for word that's something I covered in my latest video. The energies surrounding intuition signs of synchronicities are at a huge high and extremely powerful right now. So let's see what the cards have to say for us. 🌌Do Not Fear The Unknown: the ugly is not always bad and evil, and the Beautiful not always good and just. Failure is not predetermined, nor is it a given that others laugh at you if you choose to follow your dreams. It is your fear of the unknown that makes you question and judge. Do not let another's experience be the truth that guide you. Do not allow your fear of an unknown outcome hold you prisoner. Your own experience is going to be both different and very rewarding. So pulling off the fear and live! You don't want to miss out on something and have "what ifs" haunting you for the rest of your life. 🦁Know Your Fears: you have fears both big and small. Some fear is felt for good reason. It serves to remind you to be cautious and not to take foolish and dangerous risks. Other fears you feel are but Shadows that you have made real and the given substance due to past experiences. These serve only to make you doubt yourself, your intuition, to question your good judgement, to fear success, to restrict and to limit you. Look within yourself. Know your fears.
