Here's a short clip of some new Vantablack fabric next to normal black dress material. We shot it on a Sony RX100V 4 for clarity. The reflectance of the material is c.0.3% THR against the 30% THR for the normal black fabric. One thing that shows up clearly is dust on the surface :)
