Dear past me… I’m glad you made it through, you sure went through a ton of bad moments this year but you survived and I’m happy you stopped harming yourself, I’m relieved tbh bc I wasn’t sure you’d stop but you did and for that I congratulate you and just know that you will be better in the future.
