The weather here just cooled off this evening with one rainy thunder storm and it feels like fall is starting to set in, here at the beginning of September. Summer is coming to a close so I am reminded of the first festival of the summer that we all attended. Good People Good Times took place in Brown County, Indiana at the beginning of June 2015. There were a plethora of spectacular bands who played over the two days the festival extended across. I talked to several of the musicians who performed, including Jaik Willis, who is just as amazing a person as he is a musician. There were plenty of Good People and Good Times were had all weekend. Above are photos of the view of the lake at sunset, then our campsite shrine to Penny Lon, who remarked how beautiful the view was. Mitchel dug a fire pit off one of the trails where we cooked several tasty meals and enjoyed the festival from a far. The group picture in front of our 2015 homestead speaks for itself. Til next year!
