Caramel: My name's Caramel.
Figgy: I-I'm Figgy.
Caramel: Figgy huh? Cute name.
Figgy: *blushes* Ah- thank you?
Caramel: *winks* You're welcome. I've seen you around the bakery a lot recently and thought I'd say hi.
Figgy: Oh! I uhhh, I umm… t-the muffins are really good?
Caramel: The muffin eh? And I thought you were here for me.
Figgy: Well actually we-
Caramel: You're welcome to bring your friends with you. I'm sure they'd love to have a look around before classes start too.
Figgy: …That's really nice of you to offer.
Caramel: And maybe with your friends there, you won't be as nervous around me. *winks*
Figgy: I-! *blushes*
The young wizard watched him with a heavy heart and sad eyes. He wished that the man was able to see him - even just for a moment. This was the closest he'd felt to someone since the accident had happened, and it felt so wrong that the man wouldn't know the impact he'd made on him.
As if his wishes had somehow been heard, the man started to turn towards him. The wizard's breath caught in his throat. For a moment, he could have sworn that their eyes met-
???: Hey.
Figgy: *mumbling* What a night…
Figgy: Oh my berry!
Caramel: Briechester is a good school, it's a great choice to study at.
Figgy: Yeah, I've uhh, heard a lot of good things about it.
Caramel: You haven't seen it yet?
Figgy: Well-
Caramel: I'd be happy to give you a tour.
Figgy: Oh?
Caramel: Yeah. I've lived here my whole life. I didn't go to Briechester University, but I've been to enough parties there to know my way around.
Figgy: Oh!
Caramel: So?
Figgy: S-so?
Caramel: Do you mind if I sit with you?
Figgy: You don’t need to take care of the customers?
Caramel: There aren't too many today with the rain and all - but I can let you get back to whatever you were doing if you want.
Figgy: No! Umm, I mean. This is your place. Y-you can sit wherever you want!
Caramel: *smirk* Alright.
