Il progetto « Common Ground : GPSme / Exitium », sostenuto dal Comune di Milano - Cultura, Moda e Design e realizzato nell'ambito delle attività dell'Associazione per il Circuito Giovani Artisti Italiani-GAI in relazione Programma di Residenze 2010_2012 M4M promosso dalla rete europea Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes. Il progetto e’ curato da Studio Azzuro e IED Istituto Europeo di Design.

Pépinières européennes pour jeunes artistes, è un network europeo che promuove un programma di Residenze d’artista Internazionale - al quale il Comune di Milano aderisce dal 1999 all'interno delle attività dell'Associazione per il Circuito Giovani Artisti Italiani-GAI. In collaborazione con l'Amministrazione comunale IED Istituto Europeo di Design e Studio Azzurro hanno deciso di ospitare e curare un progetto di ricerca cross mediale degli artisti Klaus Fruchtnis e Pau Garcia, sviluppato durante il periodo di residenza presso FDV Residency, Residenza per creativi alla Fabbrica del Vapore curata da Careof DOCVA, che terminerà con una mostra presso la Sala delle Colonne della Fabbrica del Vapore.

La stessa sera Careof DOCVA presenta lo screening del film-documentario Nioune nio far di Stefano Etter, preceduto alle ore 18.30 dal talk con il regista, Guido Ingenito e Sami El Kelshe; Viafarini DOCVA presenta lo screening dell'opera RHMC - 1989/1999 di Giulio Squillacciotti, seguito alle 20.00 da una conversazione con l'autore.

@Anonymous asked a question: I notice you still haven't captured the Casa Fontana-Silvestri, with its bizarre facade. I recommend taking look. @GPSme: What an intriguing building. I did some research on internet and I found interesting information. The images show how architecture have change over the past centuries. It's just amazing... "Casa Fontana-Silvestri is one of the few Renaissance buildings surviving in Milan, Italy. The main structure dates back to the 12th century, but its current form is due to a thorough modification that were made at the end of the 14th century, in a style that mixes Renaissance and Gothic elements. The facade was originally decorated with frescos that scholars credit to Bramante or Bramantino; most of these painting have disappeared, with just a few remnants now visible under the cornice. It has also been suggested that Bramante may have designed the cotto decorations, also on the facade." (Wikipedia)
